preliminary design of text content fileformat is simple markdown:

• headers #, ##
• pictures
• tables

create folder 0051-1

Steps:

• convert content to single pages text data with tables of figures, list of codes, list of tables.
• print each text page to svgs
• convert svgs to pdfs
• combine pdfs to single pdf document

drc print -output=0051.rev0.txt -rev=0 0051

create text file 0051.rev0.txt

drc print -output=0051.rev0-1.txt -rev=0 -rev=1 0051

create text file 0051.rev0-1.txt with combination revision 0 and 1 with revision indication and for that step need to understood changes between documents.
