During this, handle location setting for deps as well as in tree for all location types

We probably want to make it configurable to wait as well as use internal tools like the monitor interface.

I don't have enough info to fully propose a solution research is needed.

This is a follow up of #91

We need to do similar logic for Annotation symbols too to strictly match on fully qualified names.

I don't know a ton about this but an example is:

There is no updating of versions in the maven project pom files for new releases at the moment, see sample here :

Also the versions of these artifacts do not seem aligned with konveyor versioning , at the moment they are 1.0.0

The SNAPSHOT versioning in maven is a moving pointer meant for development purposes , proper lifecycle procedures to version the artifacts correctly should be implemented at least for official final releases

We need to add a default maven index file in here so that analyzer can use it by default when no other index is provided.

On one run, we get two matches, and in the next, we get one. It appears that this only happens when multiple rules are running.

I think there may need to be a quick look on the SymbolPRoviders returning early because we do see the search match hittting on both.

The tool should be able to match on particular method signatures, ie, match on
Integer.getInteger(java.lang.Integer, java.lang.String)
but not on
Integer.getInteger(java.lang.Integer).

Right now, the Super Type Refernce gets either too much data (*) or no data, there seems to be a minor issue with the search pattern not using the qualifiedChars.
