When the various buttons are clicked for modifying the graph function and changing the graph setting the graph does not properly update until dragged.

Currently JavaScript is not executed in a predictive fashion. There is no main js file that acts as a controller to update everything else, this means the files are not working independently which is bad... Clean this up.

When clicking on the graph a line that goes through that point should be drawn.

Currently not all interfaces are linked to the corresponding functionality. Link these to the appropriate functionality if it exists, if it does not exist implement it.

There are a couple of lines that are not drawn correctly when moving the graph around. It seems like that issues is that the for loop isn't implemented correctly, potentially worth rewriting.

There needs to be an interface for different zoom levels so that a user can go back to a zoom a zoom level. Maybe have a way to manipulate the. Current zoom level from here as well, ie. 2x 4x 8x 16x. Scrolling should not be logged here.

The interface currently looks OK. Consider making it look better.
