In case you have not noticed this one yet, a slightly more specific https://github.com/spatialhast/awesome-sentinel-2 list also exists. There's quite a bit of overlap. I guess you might want to copy quite a few things over to this list as well?

THeia's production has been recently extended over different regions, may I suggest to replace this:
"Theia (Sentinel-2) tiles covering France only, athmospherically corrected L2A"

"Theia (Sentinel-2) tiles atmospherically corrected to L2A over selected regions including France, Belgium Burkina-Faso, Tunisia, Morocco..., "
(I also removed an h in atmospherically ;) )

And also:

Regarding the data mirrors, I do not think they are all global.
The French German and British are, but the others, I don't think so.

commercial non-composite/non-mosiac cloudless sentinel 2, generated using input from multiple satellites to a deep learning model that learned to remove clouds. outputs sentinel 2 product without clouds.

the output is an as-close-as-possible replica of sentinel 2 products but without clouds and other artifacts. generated every 2nd day in supported areas (currently europe)

Hi, the Italian mirror is not more operative, just FYI. AFAIK there is not an open mirror currently.
