In "Higher or Lower", the same card showed up in the same set. It should be limited to just the 52 cards in a deck, so no duplications. After all, a player decides on whether the next card is higher or lower based on what cards have already been shown from the deck. So, if the next card is just random, then the law of averages don't apply.
