Thank you for your answer! However, that is not what i mean, i want to ask because i want to use a blockerList.json from a file on disk (eg. Document folder) instead of from App Main Bundle ! When i open ActionRequestHandler and Debug a break point, i did not see the code entered on beginRequestWithExtensionContext !

No, @krishkumar provided you with the right resource. Are you sure your json file is really in the Documents directory? I just tested this and it seems work fine...
