Erroneous Data

In Real_Combine.csv the there are 362 duplicate entries. from index
731to index1092

The PM2.5 data for the year 2017, 2018 is erroneous. It has the same data as the years 2013 and 2014 respectively.

Could not able to find the python code for it
is contribution to this repo accepted?
There is something about the pickle file that I noticed that when we create a pickle file, some models are creating empty .pkl files.
The code that is present in the ipynb files for creating pkl file is not closed properly which is why they are being saved empty.
I am working on this project, will improve and add a readme file updated
