Was having issues with moving the rocket in the VAB where the rocket gets stuck, sometimes duplicates and sometimes even crashes KSP. This is while using RO, RSS, RP-1. After testing I found it so far only occurs when having a payload fairing attached to the LV. When the fairings are used as engine shrouds however, I have not had the same issue, so only seems to be payload fairing.
I made a video to help show some of what I have experienced. It gets worse the more complex you make the rocket.
Made another video with a ship that has more pieces because the glitching becomes way more pronounced.
Also seeing this error pop up in KSP.log when the glitch occurs.

Felger. I'm back and doing some work with RO. One thing I'm working on is renaming parts so that things are more appropriately grouped together. Much as you have done here. Would it be possible to corroborate and make it so that your renaming is NOT done if RO is installed?
Changing the number of nodes will resolve the issue.
