Intensive Care Capacities Czechia

Project in R language to display intensive care capacities during the COVID-19 in Czechia on map for each region.

The program pulls the data directly from the Czech Ministry of Health and creates temporary files in working directories. It plots the map of the Czech Republic with color distinguished number for capacity.

The project was done as a seminary project for the subject on First Faculty of Medicine CUNI - The basics of language R.
