Inform the user that it may take some time for the data to be displayed

Because the app uses SwiftUI anyways the port to a macOS should not be that hard.

Add an information page for open source licenses and infos about the app and this repo.

When trying to enter the application the response object can't be read. In the console the following issue is being shown:

The data couldn’t be read because it is missing

The separator of the Table View is barely visible when viewed in light mode.

The UI presumes that the "exam" therefor is failed and displays a failed capsule.

The clickable area of the Login Button is to small.

Even though the practical project was completed successfully, the entry defaults to a grade of 5.0. Make sure no grade is set for this module.
