optimize all bosses and zombies attack that uses getBlobsInRadius with getPlayer(index)

Make the boss spawning system more flexible : currently, boss appear every 4 day and it's non trivial to make them appear in an interval other than 4 days. + Some boss should be tied to the number of portals left.

Ways to reproduce:

• Buy an advanced drill.
• Stand in water
• Use the drill

Expected outcome:
Advanced drill not heating up or cooling down when touching water tile.

Actual outcome:
Advanced drill is heating up to damaging point in mere seconds.
