In MAV_Manager, there should be an idle motors method about kr_mav_control HOT 4 CLOSED

I believe that this has been solved by making the motors method idle the motors when true is passed. @mwatterson, please let me know if this is sufficient for your desires. If so, go ahead and close.

This looks okay, but I believe the block:

// Publish a few to make sure the signal gets through
for (short i=0; i<10; i++)
{
pub_so3_command_.publish(so3_cmd);
sleep(0.01);
}

Doesn't do what you think it will. Since this is in a callback, this just adds 10 messages to the queue before rosspin is called, but should work anyways.
