Numerically solve a 1D transient heat conduction equation via the tridiagonal matrix method
Description
The PDE is discretized using the finite difference algorithm.
The resulting system of linear equations is solved exactly using the double sweep tridiagonal matrix method.
The temperature profile along the rod at different time steps is plotted as a series of lines. The color of each line corresponds to the simulation time, ranging from blue (time = 0) to red (time = max).
To run simply open up the index.html in any browser.
