When copying a nested JSON to a set of SQL tables, it would be awesome if we could simply run dcp orders.json mysql://root@localhost:3306/mydb

Let's assume here that within the orders.json each order object also contains a list of products purchased within that order. Running dcp and not specifying any tables would automatically detect this and create a orders table in addition to a products table and copy the respective data.
