The calculation for start time is no longer taking into account the timezone.

This works:

• 4:00 pm
• 4:00pm
• 16:00

This doesn't work:

• 4pm

It would be neat to have add multiple appointments. Such /imbibe [#/appointment number]
Denoting that things in [] are optional.

Bourbot imbibe time command should understand the following format so it's more intuitive to enter times.
/imbibe time 4:30pm

The command "/imbibe day today" should be recognized and set the imbibe day to the current day. "/imbibe day tomorrow" should set the day to tomorrow

As an imbiber, I would like to "check in" to an event so others know that I'm planning to go.
Acceptance Criteria:
Imbiber can "check in" to an event, or say that they are going
Imbiber can "check out" of an event if they are checked in, in case they can no longer go
Imbiber can see who is currently checked in
List of check ins should clear after the designated event time has passed, so check ins do not automatically move to the next event

Bourbot should integrate with the Untappd API to display the top available beers at a given location.

"/imbibe tap" should use the currently set location
"/imbibe tap at near <address/city/state>" should search for the specified bar

For example: /imbibe location Camp Bar (campbar)
