• MiniPlerd
• MiniPlerd::Post
• and Text::SmartyPants, because when you do cpanm Text::SmartyPants, it tries to bring in half of CPAN, and often some modules won't be installed successfully. Also see jmacdotorg/plerd/f91c6c9e.
