Add support for selecting a custom receiver

Some users want to use an external MIDI device to play back the generated
melodies. To faciliate this an option to the UI should be added where a
user can select a receiver. This receiver can either be an internal or an
external MIDI device.

melody generation: Create a plugin system for fitness strategies

The fitness function for a generated melody consists of a number of
strategies. To make it straightforward to add new strategies a plugin system
should be created. The plugin system makes it an easy task to add new
strategies. These strategies can be enabled/disbabled and configured in the
UI.

No sound is heard when playing melody when application is run via java

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzip the archive 1.0.2 and run the application is described in the
readme.txt
2. Generate a melody

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: When the melody generation is finished, the melody should be played.
Actual: When generation is finished, the melody is played but no sound is
heard. When the application is run as a Groovy script, sound is heared.

Possible solution: check which receiver the sequencer is using. We may have
to add an explicit reveiver instead.
