hello thanks for the plugin!

The latest version 1.2.2 is not packaged properly. The only available filetypes are zip and gz but not kpz filetype. In my installation (KOHA 3.20.01.000 in linux server) the zip filetype was not loading the plugin even after renaming it in kpz).

Solution for me: I downloaded the 1.2.kpz in windows machine. Opened it in winrar and replaced the contents (drag and drop) with the ones of the 1.2.2.zip version. I finally uploadede the "turbo" 1.2kpz and everything ok.

Additionally there is a slight bug in the View page field "Open in a new OPAC window" there is a missing : after http.
