I have OBS and LachhhTools running on a streaming computer, which captures from my main system.

When I run a giveaway on the streaming computer with LachhhTools, my stream experiences extreme lag.

I have a 60Mbit connection, the streaming computer is an Amd Phenom with 12 gig of memory. It shouldnt' be having any problem

Any ideas what may be going on with it?

After doing a drawing and the winner picks, the animation screen fades to black and I can't figure out how to get out of it to go to the countdown screen. Any ideas?

No form of custom animation will play. Attempts to test the pre-exported example animations fail.
No error message or visual issue occurs outside of the animations not playing.
They are being loaded into the correct areas.

In addition, no animations exported from the example templates will play.
Only sequences built into the software will play.
If there is an additional requirement (GameWisp subscription?) it is not documented.

This occurs on two separate computers (WIndows 10 Professional 64b, Windows 7 Ultimate 64b)
In both Telestream Gameshow and OBS Studio. It occurs before and after a reinstall of the software and all associate assets.

Additionally, The giveaway sequence does not play inside the widget and to my own experience it never has, There is an open issue for that already.

When we try to login (we have two channels) there is a window that say that something wrong and we cannot login

At 2560x1440 the names scrolling is very slow during the selection animation. The smaller I make the window, the faster it scrolls.
