This is wonderful, and would make an excellent R package. I was looking for the Sharpe item that you cite in the readme, but couldn't find it. Could you update the reference list with the details?

After the HLMdiag package has updated to version 0.30, the qqplot function has stopped working. For now, please install the older version of the package (0.25). I'll post an update when this issue is resolved.

Thank you so much for creating these scripts; I'm planning on using them in my work!
For your information:

1. It seems package 'grid' should be loaded on line 297 in "perfect_dependent_t-test.rmd" (it is currently not). Without requesting this package, function "unit.pmax" is called upon but not found. Loading package(grid) solves the issue.
