Navigation with TOC is not working with firefox. It works well with chrome.
If I start the server locally, then it works with firefox also. I am not expert in this area, but appears like some js security features disabling it for firefox. You may also confirm this with demo site + firefox.

how to modify favicon?

页面内没使用 $$...$$ 的行内公式，则其他公式无法正常显示。
把 2014-12-30-welcome-to-jekyll.markdown 例子中的行内公式全去掉就能复现。

easybook.js 中应该增加对 script[type="math/tex; mode=display"] 的检测。
