Install node.js then:

npm install bower grunt-cli -g

from the command line:

npm install && bower install

grunt

npm start

Control the slides by navigating to /master and participate by navigating to /thrall.

I hacked this together a few days before the presentation (while on vacation) and as a result did some naughty things.

Game art came from searching http://opengameart.org/.

I/O Table info came from Ryan Dahl's first Node.js presentation.

I/O and Event Loop graphics came from Jeff Kunkle.
