The following errors could cause some issues soon:

I believe node has to be updated, and the action it self should make use of the new way of setting outputs:

echo "{name}={value}" >> "$GITHUB_OUTPUT"

For example:

echo "MY_OUTPUT=success" >> "$GITHUB_OUTPUT"

The output will then be accessible via ${{ **.outputs. MY_OUTPUT }} where ** is the scope e.g. steps.name-of-step

EDIT:

Looking at the code, it might just be necessary to bump the images, as there are APIs for setting outputs, which will likely do what it should
