The lastjson::value::push_back method doesn't compile since it uses get_array() instead of get_array_ref().

Compiling with the more strict gcc flag -Wconversion yields some errors like:

stringrep.hpp:86:21: error: conversion to 'char' from 'uint16_t {aka short unsigned int}' may alter its value [-Werror=conversion]

src\lastjson\value.hpp(177): error C2059: syntax error : ')'
1>          src\lastjson\value.hpp(1359) : see reference to class template instantiation 'lastjson::basic_value<Properties>' being compiled

Quite a few more errors like this in the same file, I'm using the latest 1.51 boost if that matters?
