crashes

Its crashes when I build it "

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to start activity ComponentInfo{hda.remotectl.remotectl3/hda.remotectl.remotectl3.MainActivity}: java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to invoke virtual method 'org.json.JSONArray org.json.JSONObject.getJSONArray(java.lang.String)' on a null object reference
at android.app.ActivityThread.performLaunchActivity(ActivityThread.java:2951)

any ideas?

DOES NOT WORK

this doesnt work and crashes when application is started
