Using the Chrome browser, the page-breaks don't work.

Received a request for an update to print all packing slips.

Remove the DS_Store files from the distribution.

Enable selection of the order-status to which all orders will be changed (currently hard-coded as 2).

Make sure that the order-status value (a $_GET variable) is properly "sanitized" prior to use. Thanks to @carlwhat on the forums for pointing this out!

Update the source, providing the 4-space indentation.

As reported on the Zen Cart forums, when a multi-page invoice or packing-slip report is printed ... using FireFox ... the store-address information is not printed on pages 2-last.

At the time of this writing FireFox is at 58.0.2.

Please note that there's a work-around as both Chrome and Microsoft-Edge render the information correctly.
