Pick up the Zen Cart v1.5.4 change that removed hard-coded language text in /admin/orders.php.

As reported by frank18 in the zen-cart forums: When an order is completed the last page heading shows

Home Checkout - Step 4 Order Completed - Thank You

This should read

Home > Checkout Successful > Order Completed - Thank You

as there are no such 4 steps.

Fixed it by editing the file includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/checkout_success.php (template is Westminster New) - Line #11 :
