The installation script's got a MySQL error setting the configuration settings, which results in the configuration-group being set and (on refresh) getting another error since the base products_xsell table wasn't created.

The function zen_draw_pulldown_products changed its name in zc158 to zen_draw_products_pull_down, resulting in a PHP fatal error.

Include integration with the Bootstrap 4 template for the display of the Cross-sell products.

• Correcting various PHP notices and warnings
• Recombine the xsell and xsell_advanced processing into a single cross-sell manager.
• Remove duplicate/invalid entries from the products_xsell table.
• Monitor/observe product-deletion notifications, so that the products_xsell table entries are removed as well.
• Removing integration with Common Cross Sell Sort Order for the initial release; need confirmation regarding its intended functionality.

• Move common formatting elements to template_default.
• Provide instructions to insert the products' xsell information rather than providing updates to the various _info pages' display.
