Add the capability to optionally include the font-awesome files and specify on a button-by-button basis which glyph should be pre-pended to the button's text.

Include the out-of-memory fix to the zen_href_link function, present in /includes/functions/html_output.php. See http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.php?207435-php-5-4-fatal-error-Allowed-memory-size-of-83886080-bytes-exhausted&p=1240551#post1240551 for details.

There's no uninstall script currently for the plugin. When it's added, the "instructions" will be:

DELETE FROM configuration WHERE configuration_key LIKE 'CSS3_BUTTONS%';

Update the core- and template-files changed by the plugin to use Zen Cart v1.5.5 as the change-basis.

Update the plugin, removing the core- and template-files from the distribution. The readme will now contain the changes needed to the core/template files to enable the plugin.

The readme will be moved from the distribution's root to a /docs subfolder that is unique to this plugin, allowing multiple plugins' readmes to co-exist.
