The format is CSV. The first two characters of a line is the two-letter country code. The third character is a comma. The rest of the line is the name of the country. Note that in some languages a comma will be used in the country name. In that case the country name is surrounded by double quotes. Example:
BQ,"Bonaire, Saint-Eustache et Saba"
If you see a language that is not in list, feel free to add data for it and make a Pull Request. Addition of missing data or corrections or erroneous date is also welcome. Note that the data will be in the public domain.
