I am a Chinese students ,when i use the sumo to simulation the preemption control with isolate intersection , very good luckly finding your's code ,and i have some question about you code .
when i to run the emergency_simple.py files ,the shell show me like this"urllib.error.URLError: ", what happened I want to know . and most of you cfgfiles route are false , i can't running anyone with you code,
another question i want to know your's code must using python2? when using python3 to running the code with jump a lot of mistake??
