In order to create a .docx file from the source code, the package docxsphinx has to be installed and the 'docxsphinx' extension enabled in the source/conf.py file

Problem with docxsphinx

I had a small issue generating the HTML from an unmodified clone of the repo.

I solved it by commenting out 'docxsphinx' from /source/conf.py.

Depending on what is wanted it would be good to either specify in the readme that docxsphinx need to be installed previously (from here) I guess). Or just to drop that dependency.

Remove build directory from master branch

What do you think of removing the "build" directory from the master branch, and only having the build results in the gh-pages branch?

This would make clones, pulls and pushes much faster, and pull requests easier to review.

Images missing in Configure and run a rat hippocampus CA1 region using preconfigured HBP model and data

Hello,

@antonelepfl I pulled the code after accepting the pull request but it seems two images are missing:
online_usecases/brain_area_circuit_in_silico_experiments/hippocampus/configure_run_brainregion_preconf_model_data/images/view_simulation_top.png
and
online_usecases/brain_area_circuit_in_silico_experiments/hippocampus/configure_run_brainregion_preconf_model_data/images/view_simulation_middle.png
