Enable creation of test file if one does not exist.

Add snippets for:

• quick test method creation
• quick test class creation

Write documentation describing how to use the plugin. This is the final issue needed for 1.1 release.

Command should be in the context menu, and should not be shown if currently opened file is not a test file.

"Could not find root folder" message appears when using the context menu with no loaded project. This should be replaced with a message in the status bar.

Currently, when getting test run command from a test file (through the context menu), plugin doubles the test folder part of the path.
Should also work when getting command from test folder in ST sidebar.

Create context menu command for opening a test file for currently opened file. Command should be greyed out if the test file does not exist.

There is a conflict with hours calculator plugin since commit ldgit/hours-calculator@fd18871. The settings.py file added in that commit is mistakenly imported in this plugin, which results in AttributeError when opening the context menu.

Since this seems to happen only on Sublime text 2, and ST3 seems to be unaffected, it is possible that it is a bug with ST2.

When root is defined in settings (i.e. not empty) command is generated with incorrect path to the test file.

Related to issue #1, which should also trigger if test file not found.
