We need to add an E2E testing through Travis that brings up the whole MedCo stack to test queries through it.
As a first step we should test the dev-local-3nodes deployment profile with the default data being tested.

• Set up deployment in Travis
• Implement waiting on the deployment being fully started (e.g. with this tool)
• Design and implement end-to-end queries (see this page for what data is loaded in each MedCo node)

Currently the i2b2-data repo (1.5GB) is checkout with git, then loaded into the DB, when the i2b2 container is first ran.

To save time during the first run of the container, it would be easier to embed in the docker image the compressed released version of i2b2-data (60MB), and then extract it and load it during the initial start of the container.

This will also avoid the container downloading from external sources data during its runtime.

The project README file should contain a short description and a basic explanation on how to use the project (for an example, this provides some good ideas).

Also, the link to MedCo documentation currently points to "coming soon" page.
