Maybe a dictionary to have a list of packages that profide the file, and the user can pick the package they want.
There are often lots of packages that profide the filename, the user knows best what they want.

For Fedora, edit out the various bits from "dnf provides */$header", and then parse the rpm name, dropping the version.

That is, the purge option assumes there is a good copy somewhere. Need to build the source_dir list and size based hash of files therein.

with a CLI or file of files to remove.

web/make_thumbnail.pl and scrub_forum.pl to Python.

Single or comma (without space) separated list.

Currently it does not error out if the git pull fails. There are probably other failures to check on, too.

Move to its own repo.

For example, when there is an "upstream" branch listed. It seems to pull from the remote "origin", but this needs to be verified.

Refactor out ioutil, since it's deprecated.
