Chop trees requires cutting tool although pawns have axes. Happens if forbid toolless work is set as true.

10 jobs in 1 tick when a tool deteriorated to 0

and the pawn is trying to do a job related to that tool.

The tools do not deteriorate to void. The HP keeps being 1, but it does not affect stats of that colonist anymore (which means that they are working in no-tool mode), and the "Pawn(s) are lacking tool" warning reports the lacks of those 1HP tools normally.

It has nothing to do with other mods I believe.
