Build Instructions

Building cpolyg requires libvoro++_2d. This can be built by running make in the directory voro++_2d. Then, copy the file libvoro++_2d.a from voro++_2d/src into the lib directory.

cpolyg can then be built by invoking make in the main directory. Edit the Makefile to specify the compiler, (CC and CXX), and the system include and library directories, which are required to link against Armadillo, GSL, BLAS, and LAPACK.
