• rename the parameters and functions to reflect what they really do
• add some docstrings too
• clean up the messy code
• add an example for saving and restoring trained networks
• move the code into an examples subdir and only keep main and argument parsing in main.py

currently a NeuralNetworkGraph must be created in the context of
with tf.Graph().as_default():

the TensorFlow graph should be a member of the NeuralNetworkGraph instead. then it can also be passed to the SummaryWriter in the SummaryWriterMixin, which currently shows a deprecation warning.
