I have not yet seen such information in the database.
You can find the possible elements of a lens profile here and here.
The only option I see is to enter the nodal point as a comment, but I think panoramic photography is not the topic of lensfun so far.
Why do you think such information could be important for lensfun?

It is indeed interesting for photography, but I know of no application in computational photo editing.

Fair question. My intended application is for computational videography, specifically virtual production. Knowing the nodal point is critical to setting up the lens distortion parameters correctly in Unreal/Nuke/et. al, and is tied directly to the rest of the lens intrinsics; as such, I figured it’d make a logical addition to the LensFun database. AFAIK there’s currently no equivalent.
