Pacing, General Difficulty Issues about botw-shrine-rush HOT 1 OPEN

Disabling the cutscenes -- or at least allowing them to be skipped -- and making the tutorial shrine a ToS shrine should be pretty easy. I'll do that when I get back to BotW stuff (after I finish a side project for MM3D :P)

Disabling permadeath is more tricky. Currently, everything is done to prevent the player from saving, as shrine rush is designed to be playable regardless of your current save progression and needs to reset several permanent flags. I'm not sure if I can set player restart data without making any autosaves. I do agree permadeath is not really desirable considering the length of an entire shrine rush run and the fact that sometimes shrines need to be reset.
