Parent project of the importer modules.

The Import project import reference data, which is used by the DCC ETL project, into MongoDB.

To compile, test and package the system, execute the following from the root of the repository:

mvn

The Import system is comprised of the following modules.

This module is the shared understanding of the system.

This is the main entry point of the application.

• Client

These modules import various data sources.

• Gene

• Gene Set
• CGC

• Drug
• Pathway

• Diagram
• Project
