Maintaining Subscriber's list - We already have a mailchimp account and existing subscribers imported to a list.
Adding a popup window on website for new subscribers + Making sure all new let's DevOps slack group members are automatically added to that list.

A quick discussion to add/amend the existing layout.

Few additions from my side:

• Agenda page for upcoming weeks (editable on github)
• Success Stories page, where we can publish people's journey towards DevOps and their achievements.
• A page dedicated to main contributors
• TBC

Unified dashboard with all important links

This is basically our website homepage with all information like -

• Objective of this initiative
• Webinars
• Newsletter
• Opensource POCs
• Blog
• Success Stories
• Core Volunteers
• How can I subscribe?
• How can I contribute?
  et cetra

Roadmap

And then integrate it with slack..that's it.

We are planning to launch the first stable release with a webinar

This basically depends on successful completion of other items.

Guys,I think we need to start a mechanism using which we can submit the responses of interested
candidates for the webinar.Later we can surely decide which is the final call.My Suggestion:

• Google Forms

We need to proof read the website and github content to avoid usual mistakes and make sure the content is world-class.
