A failed DNS lookup should remove the rule, not crash the script

Delete rules in the kernel that are no longer in config file

The current script operates only on host names in the config file. But, when removing a host name from the config file, the rule in the kernel would stay, presumably, until the machine was rebooted.

The script should look at the rules in the kernel created by open4-dydns and remove any of them that are for host names no longer in the config file.
