It looks like the http Axios Get only returns one month's worth of data and therefore the code is not looking at the entire date range for cancelled permits. In essence the code isn't really scanning through to the specified end date if their range is more than 1-month. It's really looking at the first month of the range.

I'm not versed enough in Javascript to modify the code to gather the entire date range and parse it. Can you take a look?

I have verified this all works using a GitHub codespace but when I move it to my macOS to run it gets different results and the await statements don't seem to function. I'm barely a novice level of understanding with javascript and the concept of sync, async and promises which are part of this. Any insights you might give would be helpful. I get the same results running natively in a macOS terminal window or within a Visual Studio Code environment.
