大神求救：session改成file之后重启出错

很感谢大神的后台框架，我想借鉴大神的框架自己写个工具
但是调试的时候每次启动都要重新登录，然后修改了session的存储模式改为file存储
sessionprovider = file
然后登录保存了session之后，重启进程之后就，所有页面都无法访问了，研究了很久没有找到原因，请大神指点啊

请问个redis问题

项目里面还用到redis，可以关闭不用吗？用redis主要存放什么 ？
