This is what I get when trying to go "https://github.com/liambaloh/DMI2PNG"

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng() in C:\xampp\htdocs\dmi2png\DMI2PNG-master\index.php:548 Stack trace: #0 {main} thrown in C:\xampp\htdocs\dmi2png\DMI2PNG-master\index.php on line 548

I get this error when follow the instructions verbatim. I am almost completely clueless on how this stuff works so I'm probably just doing something wrong here. If anyone can help that'd be appreciated.
If you can't tell, I'm using Windows. (10, if that matters.)
I am probably missing some dependency.

I have php_gd.dll in my C:/xampp/php/ext/ folder.
I tried setting in my php.ini file:
extension=php_gd
extension=C:/xampp/php/ext/php_gd.dll
extension_dir="C:/xampp/php/ext"

Tried launching as admin. Still the same.
