Support-Manager is a Discord chatbot that organizes support tickets for your Server. You can specify one role as support-role. Supporters will always be informend about ticket events. Any member can create tickets which the bot sends to a specific support-channel, where the supporters can see them.

The author of a ticket can easily add information. Everyone can see all tickets but only admins, supporters and the authors can close them.

For more information about the commands, invite the bot and type /help.

Support-Manager ist ein Discord-Chatbot, der Support-Tickets für deinen Server verwaltet. Du kannst eine Rolle als Support-Rolle festlegen. Supporter werden über alle Ticket-Ereignisse informiert. Jedes Mitglied kann Tickets erstellen, die der Bot in einen bestimmten support-channel sendet, wo die Supporter sie sehen können.

Der Ersteller eines Tickets kann einfach informationen hinzufügen. Jeder kann alle Tickets sehen, aber nur Admins, Supporter und die Ersteller können sie schließen.

Für mehr Informationen über die Befehle, lade den Bot ein und schreibe /help.

Hi

Gibt es auch deutschen Support? Ich schreibe einfach mal auf Deutsch:

der Befehl "?tickets here´" bringt aktuell nichts, er gibt mir nur eine weitere Möglichkeit aus mit "?tickets help" welche jedoch keine komplette Übersicht aller offenen bzw. geschlossenen Tickets ausgibt.

Wird es zukünftig derartiges geben?

Annoying 200 char limit

if /ticket add is more then 200 chars, split it up into different messages (like with /addinfo), or remove the limit, or just like don't delete the message so the person making the ticket doesn't have to write everything all over again

Ich wäre dafür, dass auch die Moderatoren/Supporter Informationen zum Ticket hinzufügen können, sodass weiterführende Fragen oder Informationen dem Ticket beigefügt werden können
