The active check boxes in lists are not defaulted. about lh-ehr HOT 5 CLOSED

I think that may be nice for something like a State list etc... where you don't want all 50 showing up.
If the field is not set per entry in the database.sql, then we just set a default to the table. Viola.
On the other hand, I still say that the outrageous ethnicity and theology stuff is not in the CFR's (or MU) anywhere...period. The CDC has a very limited ethnicity list it references for medical screening reasons. That should be the limit of what we include. The other million entries need to go bye-bye. (I feel that... Making this an "I" statement.)
Set the default for the field to 1. Remove everything that uses it... :)

Visole added it for the ethnicity stuff that was added as part of the MU stuff so you did not have to go thru the whole list to select something. It is suppose to only show the active items in the lists.

Looks like (from latest test install) that this has been fixed. The religions are still all there and active, and I see "atheism" is listed. That should be "No Religious Affiliation". Atheism is not a religion. All the same, I would call this issue closed.
