Anyone got a branch where this is dealt with?
from lh-ehr.
No yet. I think Terry made a stab at it but something broke. Be happy to pick that up if @teryhill what to push to as is.
from lh-ehr.

This is what I remember from an email your sent @teryhill
I have removed the ZEND stuff for my version of 4.2.1 that was not in version 4.2.0
Will that work for a starting point ?
My zip file of 4.2.1 is now at 48 meg down from the 76 meg I started with
... later
modules will not run now ... Which makes sense.
from lh-ehr.
Hacked out stuff != removed cleanly. Also, the piles of files I have
played with have come and gone many times.

We threw away a lot of stuff when the decision to do the whole frameless
etc... stuff hit the market as the starting point.

Here's the original comment from ZHH:
As per the discussion we have made the commits in such a way that the user can use already existing zf2 library available in his system for the module installer. The path can be set in 'zend_modules/init_autoloader.php' file which is mentioned within the file comments.
So, I suggest to start with we just remove the baked in framework. Similar to PHPMyadmin, allowing the user to install ZEND outside of the application
Then we can start unwinding the things the depend on it, particularly if they require the external ZHH servers.
from lh-ehr.
This is referenced by the menu(s): modules/zend_modules/public/Installer But it's not part of the code base, so it must get created during some process...
from lh-ehr.
Pull request done.
from lh-ehr.
Mongo not see pull request for this, and mongo still see much framework and module stuff for same, like syndromic module. Mongo notes that this module is pure crap at the moment, because it has not been updated to ICD 10, and only looks for ICD9.

Same issue above for CCR and CCD.
from lh-ehr.
I removed embedded Zend. not the support for zend based modules. Per my
notes.
