Have you enable mouse in core option?

@r-type you were right - I had a problem with my core settings file. I deleted it, started over, and single mouse support worked fine.
Unfortunately this core doesn't seem to be picking up mouse clicks or movement from the second mouse. I'm changing the name of the Issue and some of the content of the first post to reflect the actual issue.
